The SWAP Signal: Founder's Broadcast is my quarterly broadcast.đŁ
Â
A behind-the-scenes look at where weâre headed next with SWAP Integration and SWAP PM.  Iâll share facilitation and management insights, roadmap sneak peeks, lessons learned, and the thought process behind the features weâre building to make design-phase planning clearer, faster, and a little more human.

Thanks for tuning in and being part of whatâs next.
What I'm Learning About Building
Something New...
When you launch something youâve spent years building, you think that moment will feel like the peak. The finish line. The âI made it.âÂ
But hereâs what founders usually donât talk about enough. Itâs actually the starting point.
What comes after is less about celebration and more about calibration. The launch is the loud part; what follows is the steady work of shaping, refining, and making it truly your own
This is the stretch between launch and lasting, where direction matters more than pace.
Over the past few weeks, Iâve had to make some hard decisions. Tightening focus. Reducing noise. Letting go of things that once felt essential so the core could become stronger. Each one has been a reminder that running lean doesnât mean doing less. It means doing what matters most, with full attention and intent.
Sometimes the hardest part of building isnât the code or the roadmap. Itâs keeping focus when everything around you is shifting. Iâve learned that growth isnât always about doing more. Sometimes itâs about doing the same things, but with sharper intent, better rhythm, and clearer purpose.
Right now, my focus is on:
Strengthening what already exists and refining the experience from the inside out
Making every feature feel simpler, faster, and more intuitive for real project teams
Preparing the groundwork for whatâs next, including AI that helps teams see clearer and plan smarter
AI has become part of how I think about the future of project management, not as a buzzword but as a way to make complexity feel lighter. The goal isnât to replace human insight but to amplify it.
Building something new isnât one big moment. Itâs a series of quiet choices, hard calls, and small wins that reveal what really endures.
Iâm still writing this story, and Iâm grateful that youâre a part of it.
